This policy applies to all sessions booked with Shri Vivek at Soundways to Health, Ontario: individual Sound Healing sessions, Access Bars sessions, and Compassion Key sessions, delivered in person in the Greater Toronto Area or online. Group Sound Bath and Corporate Wellness bookings are covered separately below.
Need to move your session? Email shriramvivek@gmail.com or call (647) 376-6687 at least 24 hours before your appointment, and we'll find a new time at no extra charge.
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund or free reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable, but may be credited toward a future session at the practitioner's discretion.
If you miss a scheduled session without giving notice, it's treated as a completed session and is non-refundable.
Group and corporate bookings are quoted individually and confirmed by email. Because these bookings hold a block of time and often involve venue coordination, we ask for at least 7 days' notice to reschedule or cancel for a full refund. Cancellations inside 7 days may be subject to a partial charge to cover preparation and travel, at the practitioner's discretion — this is confirmed with you in writing before the booking is finalized.
If Shri Vivek / Soundways to Health needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you'll receive a full refund or a free reschedule to a time that works for you — your choice. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
