A sound way to the ultimate health.
Three paths to Nishabdhaa — the profound silence within. Sound healing with platinum-infused Himalayan bowls and gongs, gentle Access Bars, and the Compassion Key process for deep trauma release — guided by Shri Vivek.
Meet Shri Vivek
Shri Vivek's path began at the age of 14, exploring the sacred Himalayas under the guidance of living masters. At 24, a mystical experience at Mt. Kailash became a turning point — followed by a year with monks and weeks in silence, delving into the mind, the body and the divine essence we all possess.
Having personally navigated and overcome neurodivergence, anxiety and childhood trauma, he brings a deeply lived understanding to his practice. His work weaves ancient wisdom with modern practice — a space for transformation trusted by psychologists and doctors.
Sound vibrations are the gateway to Nishabdhaa — the profound silence within.
Choose your way inward
Each modality works on a different layer of your being — the body's vibration, the mind's stored charge, the heart's old wounds. Shri Vivek will help you find the right one, or weave them together.

Sound Healing
Frequency to freedom. Sound to silence.Every cell responds to vibration. When stress, illness or emotional trauma disrupts your natural frequency, sacred sound recalibrates the body's energy centres. Waves from platinum-infused Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, tuning forks and handpan carry you beneath thought — into stillness, where the body's own intelligence takes over.
- Instruments — Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, handpan, binaural beats

Access Bars
32 points. One profound letting-go.Access Bars is a gentle, hands-on session in which 32 points on the head are lightly touched and activated. Each point stores the electromagnetic charge of thoughts, judgments, fixed beliefs and emotions accumulated over a lifetime. As the bars release, the mental noise quiets — many describe it as the deepest relaxation they have ever felt.
- Gentle & non-invasive — you simply lie down, fully clothed, and receive
- Releases — mental chatter, limiting beliefs, stored judgments and emotional charge
- Often paired — with sound healing for a full body-and-mind reset in one visit
"How much of your mind's noise are you willing to lose?"

Compassion Key
Fear to love. Anxiety to calm. Grief to ground.Developed by Edward Mannix, the Compassion Key process has touched tens of thousands of lives worldwide. After a short, powerful meditation, facilitator and recipient gently delve into the issue; guided statements direct self-compassion to the exact source of the suffering until its charge softens — not managed around, but met directly.
- Fast — most experience change within 1–3 sessions; deeper traumas may take a little longer
- Durable — the work is aimed at the source of the distress, not only the symptoms
- Safe — uses only your own emotions and awareness to effect deep change
- Transforms — fears, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD & neurodivergent overwhelm, scarcity, relationships, finances
Compassion Key is a complementary wellness practice offered for relaxation and self-awareness — not a substitute for medical or psychological care. If you're navigating PTSD, trauma or another clinical concern, this work is meant to sit alongside your care team, not replace it.

Why vibration heals
Sound is not only heard — it is felt. When precisely tuned frequencies move through the body, the nervous system responds in measurable ways.
Stress reduction
Sound therapy is studied for lowering cortisol and activating the parasympathetic nervous system — the state in which repair happens.
Brainwave states
Steady rhythms and binaural beats are researched for guiding the mind toward alpha and theta states linked to clarity, memory and deep rest.
Vibration & the body
Vibroacoustic approaches apply therapeutic frequency directly to the body, inviting tension to release at a physical, cellular level.
Sleep & mood
Research links sound meditation with improved sleep quality, lower tension and improved mood — a felt shift that can begin in a single session.
In an observational study of 62 participants, singing-bowl sound meditation was associated with significantly reduced tension, anger, fatigue and depressed mood — with the greatest drop in tension among first-time participants.
Goldsby et al., Journal of Evidence-Based Complementary & Alternative Medicine, 2017 (UC San Diego). Read the study →Compassion-focused approaches are likewise supported by peer-reviewed research on anxiety, PTSD and self-criticism (Gilbert, British Journal of Clinical Psychology, 2005; read the paper). Sound healing, Access Bars and Compassion Key are complementary wellness practices offered for relaxation and well-being — not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
Your journey into silence (Nishabdhaa)
More than a session — a guided passage out of the noise of the world and into the profound silence within. Each journey unfolds in four movements.
The Threshold
You cross out of ordinary time. Shoes off, breath softening, the space held in candlelight and the warm glow of Himalayan salt. Nothing is asked of you but to arrive.
Attunement
Shri Vivek reads your energy and tunes the session to you — choosing the modality, instruments and frequencies your body is asking for.
The Work
Waves of sound, the quiet release of the bars, or the guided compassion process carry you beneath thought — into Nishabdhaa, where healing begins.
The Return
You surface slowly, wrapped in quiet. A sip of water, a few grounding words, and the calm — with its clarity — is yours to carry back into the world.
In your own home
Shri Vivek brings the full practice — bowls, gong and sacred space — to you. Receive deep healing in the comfort and safety of your own surroundings.
