Soundways to Health provides Sound Healing, Access Bars, and Compassion Key sessions with Shri Vivek, delivered in person in the Greater Toronto Area or online. Session lengths vary by service — see the site for current times and prices.
These are complementary wellbeing practices. They are not psychotherapy, counselling, or medical treatment, and Shri Vivek is not a licensed physician, psychologist, or psychotherapist. They do not replace professional medical or mental health care, and are not appropriate for acute crisis, active suicidal thoughts, or situations requiring diagnosis — see our scope of practice.
Sessions are paid at the time of booking, or by Interac e-Transfer where arranged in advance, at the price shown at booking. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

What you share in a session is held in confidence, subject to the limits described in our privacy policy (for example, where disclosure is required by law).
The Compassion Key method was developed by Edward Mannix and is used here under its general teaching. Access Bars is a technique of Access Consciousness. Site content, copy, and design are the property of Soundways to Health and may not be copied or republished without permission.
